We are currently supporting an internationally established german manufacturer and system provider in plant engineering for power systems. For their further expansion in the U.S., we are looking for an experienced “Regional Sales Manager (all genders) Filtration” to develop and grow the filtration business unit in the US.

Your mission
  • Implement the annual targets of the Filtration Division's sales plan, aligned with our client's growth strategies
  • Cultivate new customer relationships through face-to-face meetings, presentations and seminars
  • Coordinate regional business operations to exceed set targets for bookings and sales
  • Handle requests for customized products while promoting the use of standard products when possible
  • Conduct both technical and commercial discussions with customers
  • Target key strategic markets to develop new business opportunities
  • Identify new applications and markets for our products and propose appropriate sales strategies
  • Reporting and working closely with the CEO to build the company's business in the US
Your Profile
  • Degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering or environmental engineering
  • Proven experience in sales, ideally in the filtration sector for the oil & gas industry
  • Skilled in market development
  • Able to work independently and develop strategies with little supervision
  • Success in generating and maintaining direct sales.
  • Experience in negotiating terms and conditions.
  • Resident in the US
Salary
Annual target salary of 100,000$ - 150,000$ depending on qualifications, experience, and network
