• Take global responsibility for the “Filter Presses” product area and actively lead product development and standardization.

• Identify customer needs, proactively detect potential sources of error, and thus enhance the market readiness of the products.

• Develop strategic measures to enter new industries and expand market penetration.

• Collaborate closely with departments such as supply chain and sales, always focusing on efficient processes and cost optimization.

• Attend industry trade fairs and proactively identify technological trends and market changes.

• Act as an internal project lead for various project teams and support the market launch of new product lines.

• Degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, process engineering, chemical engineering, environmental technology, or a similar field.

• Previous experience with filter press products.

• Strong market awareness and excellent communication skills to identify and respond to customer needs.

• High willingness to travel internationally, including to South America, North America, and Asia.

• Strong drive to shape and present ideas to internal and external stakeholders.

• Fluent in English (business level).
